Waitress was really nice and helpful. We were sat quickly and the Michigan game was on. Jack and cokes were decent. Would come back to this location.

The food is good here but the staff need some work. Very slow and come off quite rude whether it be the hostess or the waiter/waitress.

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings and like most Buffalo Wild Wings there are certain things you can count on: the wings you like at the BDubs in Charlotte are going to taste like the same ones here, there's trivia (TRIVIAAAAAAAAAH!), annoying college kids, fairly quick service, bathrooms that have a slight sketchiness about them, especially late on weekend evenings... This location is pretty standard although can be tricky to get to if you've never been/don't know the area. And while I'm not a huge fan of chains I do like that they have a pretty good beer selection and 24 hour trivia (the electronic kind). I like trivia. Probably too much. I prefer the BDubs downtown (State Street and... Liberty? No, Washington? I think Washington) but if they are packed or if it's a home game day this is a suitable second choice. The only real gripe I have is that it seems to have a standard layer of grime. Like it could use a wipe down, sweeping, vacuuming besides just after close. There are always crumbs and sticky spots and things on the floor... I don't know. Just a little grungy. Like they don't really care because they know they're the only BDubs on this side of town and people who are going to go are going to go anyway.

I watched Game 2 of the NBA finals over a medium order of wings plus Cole slaw and buffalo chips. I very badly wanted to order a beer but that would mess up my heart meds so I had an unsweetened ice tea to drink. My server was very attentive; never allowing the ice tea to empty before refilling it. That touch was very much appreciated! I got so full that I did not have room for chocolate cake which is my favorite! I will definitely be back for more tasty wings and basketball action!

Since both me and my husband were on that side of Ann Arbor, we decided to meet for dinner. It was a Friday. It was 6 pm. It was PACKED! Standing room only. I'm not sure if it was because there was a party in one of the rooms or it's like that every Friday, but I was shocked. They have a paging system, so I grabbed a pager and waited about 10 minutes until our seats were ready. The waitress came and took our drink orders. They have a full bar and a lot of cocktail ideas.... My husband and I both got a pinot grigio. In regards to food, my husband had a hamburger and said it was pretty good. I got the chicken tender meal with the spicy garlic sauce. The sauce was ok. I don't think Id get it again, but the nice thing about BWW is that they have a variety of sauce flavors to choose from. The tenders came with fries, which were tasty. Overall, the meal was pretty good. Nothing overly fantastic. If you happen to be close to campus or the mall, it's a good place to stop!

Standard issue B-dubs here. Expect the same quality of food when here or the one in Florida. This place seemed to be out of a lot beers, had to order three before I got a "yes". Also, the hostess seemed a little off put by us wanting a seat in the bar and not the main dining area, but there were a butt load of kids and we may or may not have been struggling from the previous night in downtown Ann Arbor. Overall, its a Buffalo Wild Wings. Ill swing in when I want a good beer and some wings.

I like what they done with the former Damon's place... the place is big, open, lots of TV's for sports and other shows and love the outdoor seating area.... As for the foods goes, it's the same... I did love their fried cheese curd... the saltiness of the cheese and it being fried, it just goes well together. The wings were decent... granted found too many over fried wings in our order... we also ordered boneless blazin wings, but ended up with traditional... the lady who brought it out said "its says traditional on the order" and walked away... then about 10 minutes later, our waitress came by and said the boneless would be coming out soon... The service was okay... but the overcooked chicken wings threw me off on this visit... I just hope this was one night off kind of day... hopefully, they will live up to their name on my next visit.

I was at this Buffalo Wild Wings the early morning of 4/10/2015. The bartender was one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I have lived in Chicago and New York City and I have never dealt with a worse bartender in my life. Me and my friends tried to order a couple of drinks before the bar closed, and she was in her right to turn us down, but instead she aggressively threatened to kick us out, and encouraged patrons to attack us since we were ordering drinks so late. Along with my company I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot of business in the past, and yet we were treated like thugs. I would recommend never patronizing this location, and going to the location on State St. where they respect their customers.

Popped in here to watch some Madness activity. Place was packed! This took the place of Damon's. The must have sunk a ton of dough in here and the place looks great. Plenty of TVs with maximized seating. Fortunately, our friends got there before us and got a nice place to sit. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals which contained lots of food. Prices were decent. There's a wide variety of adult beverages, including a nice selection of beer. Prices for the drinks were a bit less decent, but not outrageously so. The highlight here was the service. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but that didn't cause them to slack. We were well taken care of from start to finish.

Food okay. Service was pretty bad. I requested a different table than the one I was guided too and the hostess pretty much said no (even though the restaurant was quiet). Our food was delivered by another waitress and she slammed down my boyfriends plate on the table and a bunch of fries fell on his lap- she didn't even acknowledge that. Waitresses were texting on their cell phones and some hanging out at a table. The menus were so dirty, seemed like people have handled them throughout eating messy wings- so gross! Everything seems kind of dirty (chairs, food baskets). Would not recommend eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, I have never had a good experience at any of the locations.

Do you like traditional hot wings? Then you'll like BWW. This is a large restaurant with lots of seating options. There's even a large covered patio (but the music is too loud for my liking out there). Service isn't bad, though it definitely isn't fine dining (from our table, I had a great view of the hostess, who spent most of our meal on her phone). Hot sauce. Blue cheese. Ranch dressing. Celery. Cold beer. Cheap kids meals. Lots of wet wipes. Hit the spot.

Good food and pretty consistent. The manage to staff is on top of things, which is rare for a place like this.

I love BWW and this new location is great. No one makes wings like BWWs. This location is family friendly and I bring my grandkids here a lot. We love the boneless wings (they eat them mild), but I like them a little hotter. I get them plain and then mix the Asian zing with blue cheese..Yum! Salads are always fresh and crispy. I don't drink so I can't help you there, but the refills on pop are plentiful. Waitresses are always sweet and friendly and the managers check on tables to make sure the food is good. I go to Briarwood a lot and we always save lunch or dinner for BWWs.. It's just a fun place to have great wings.

Ordered wings for pickup for the USA Germany world cup match. When I stopped in, a young woman named Paris grabbed my food and rang me up. After giving her my credit card, she passed me the signature slip and then proceeded to answer the ringing phone (which was totally cool, busy day and line out the door). But when I pushed the signature slip back and went to grab my bag of food, Paris GRABBED MY ARM from across the counter. I tried to pull away, but she gripped my wrist firmly and would not let go. I tried to use my other hand to remove hers, but was more in shock about what she was doing than anything. Eventually the call ended, and she let my wrist go. Before I could say anything, she said "Hey man, chill out! I just wanted to know if you wanted to buy any additional sauces." I left immediately as I was not going to respond politely, and was running late for kickoff. I did give the restaurant a call the next day and spoke with a manager about my experience with Paris. The manager sounded very empthetic over the phone and assured me that another manager would be following up with me soon. The next correspondence I received was a letter "thanking me for my feedback". At no point did this letter or the manager apologize for what their employee did, but hey! It did include a $10 gift certificate for use at this location only, valid for the next two weeks (totally the solution I was looking for!) I called the restaurant to speak with the manager who had written the (form) letter to me and left a message with the assurance he would return my call. After a week of nothing, I called back and was given the same promise. Still no call for another week. The day my gift certificate was set to expire, I went to the restaurant after work. I spoke with the restaurant's general manager who said things like "the employee has been reprimanded" and "please give our restaurant another shot". Never once did any manager apologize to me for my for experience, and after hearing more of the same BS in person I just ripped up the gift certificate and left it at his feet. Do what you want, but I'm never eating at this BWW again.

It's new restaurant in that place. Food is good. but the wings are pretty small size on the day we went. We tried nacho ice cream dessert which is pretty good. Waiteress is cool and friendly. Nice place. If I go to detroit again. I will definetly visit this place.

Hello BW3! Thank you for the World Soccer Cup 2014 Games bonanza!LAst time Chris mixed up out order of boneless but I am over it!I love the layout of this bar and still wish you had a better sound system for us to actually listen the commentators before, during ,at break and after the game.I hate when you switch all the TV`s back to sports that are not hot in the season! Please be considerate of ALL NATIONS when you do that.I usually have wings and they are ok!Your adittion of "fun for taking a picture "display is much appreciated!Your kids tablets too!!!

In case you missed it, this Buffalo Wild Wings took over the old "Damon's Grill" location on State St. right across from Briarwood Mall... it's actually the second location in Ann Arbor after the one up the road. Obviously as part of the BW3 chain, this location has the same exact food options as every other BW3 location- once you've been to one, you've been to them all. However, the atmosphere is definitely much better than the old Damon's used to be. That place was a wreck. This place has been fully modernized and updated, has a giant outdoor patio with lots of TV's (even outside!) and the full bar with standard beer and any standard drink you could ever want. As for the food, when I came in for lunch the past two times, there's plenty of good food options- the burger is mediocre yes, but the fried chicken sandwich was great- plus you could have any wing sauce be the actual sauce on the fried chicken sandwich- my Asian Zing sauced- sandwich was good, satisfying, and the fries were hot and fresh. They also have a 15 minute express lunch option, probably to cater to all the office staff of the office buildings all around this place. The last bonus when comparing this location to the other Ann Arbor location is that this one has plenty of parking, whereas if you go to the one that's deep on campus, i'm sure this location is a lot easier to get to if you are in a car (obviously if you're a U-M student, then you can probably walk to the Washington St. location much easier than getting to this one). Food is consistent with all other locations, and I am definitely adding it to my lunch rotation.

This will be short and sweet: Ordered take out from here one night, had the wings and cheese wedges, and both were really good. I will say however that Buffalo wild wings is either a hit or miss , no other way around it, but on this night is good. However, i do love the inside to this place, specifically the huge outdoor patio with a bar ( the main dining area is also nice and spacious). So overall to me, nice place, would come here again.

I'm giving 3 stars for now but with the possibility of writing another review in few months once the restaurants get rolling a bit more. They opened not too long ago so everyone is pretty new to the system. I went with a group of around 10 people and we had all ordered pretty simple things and half of the orders were not correct. We just decided that the service was a bit on the poor side due to being so new. So we will definitely try it again in few months or maybe even in few weeks. Who doesn't like Buffalo Wild Wings!

A nice local addition. I love BW's, but other locations aren't very convenient. Excellent service in the bar, with a great beer selection on staff. Bartenders here are great - attentive even on the busiest nights. Great options for those who like a "dinner of appetizers". We love the popcorn shrimp and naked chicken tenders. Buffalitos are also excellent. Wait for a table can be a bit long on weekends. Best place in town to watch sports!

Absolutely the worst service ever and an incompetent manager who makes excuses for his poor management. We were a group of 25 with maybe 10% of he restaurant full. It was basically empty. We had to ask for menus, 30 mins in and not even drink orders were taken. We were treated as an inconvenience from the moment we walked in, we even offered to take our group elsewhere if they couldn't serve us. 1 hr and 45 minutes later 5 people (12 year old hungry children) still had no food and orders were wrong or incomplete. Erik the manager is the most incompetent manager I've ever witnessed. A dozen or more wait staff running around an empty restaurant and we had 1 waiter. Erik never lifted a finger to help his staff or tell them how to competently manage our tables. He literally hid in the back room until we hunted him down. Avoid this place. BW3 needs to fire Erik. We have gone to this chain numerous times with a large group, this location was the WORST. And Erik had the nerve to complain to other patrons about us. I will never go to a BW3's again. The meal should have been at least partially comped, but no offer was made. Poor poor management which is directly reflected in horrible service by employees who obviously hate their jobs serving (or not serving in this case) marginal food.

Been there 2 times. Total Chaos even when it's not busy. The last time I went with friends. No servers to be seen. I got my first drink at the bar. Waitress showed up 20 minutes later and took orders from 2 people at our table of 8 then tried to walk off. I had to raise my hand and ask if I could also order? Fine. got that out of the way. It's been an hour now. Food finally comes out for some but not for me. I questioned and then I was asked what I ordered. I'm like seriously? That was an hour ago. The waitress looks at me like I'm wasting her time. So I tossed in. By the way. When the one guy told you he was buying a round of drinks for the whole table, you never asked me or the guy buying what we wanted! So again she just stares then asks. " What would like"? Keep in mind everyone else had ther drinks long ago. I said nothing now. Went to the bar and ordered my beer and food. KC was the bartender and he rocked my food out in 10 minutes. I'll never go there again. If you have to go there. Sit at the bar. At the end bills are being brought out and more Chaos. Trying to figure out what bills belong to whom and people complaining that they are not paying a bill when they didn't get food either! Insane. Totally disorganized.

Wanted to give 2.5 stars if I could. Best word to describe this BWW, BLAH!! I was so hungry going in and was hoping to be satisfied but I left saying to myself, "what was I thinking!?!" The food is so blah. We ordered the mushroom appetizer and it was the saddest looking mushroom appetizer I've seen. The pieces were so small. The basket it came with looked oversized. I ordered 12 honey BBQ wings and I would say 9 of the 12 were over cooked. If it wasn't for the sauce I probably would have just eaten two. Then our waiter was everywhere but our table. My wife needed refill so I took her cup up and was about to refill it myself but asked one of the other waitresses. Needless to say I came in hungry and left feeling like I wasted my money and my appetite. Probably won't come back here again.

The two stars come with an asterisk: I know that they just opened and may still be getting used to everything, so I'm willing to give it another chance, especially since it's the most convenient A2 location for us. I'll start with the good: The layout is really nice, one of the best BDubs I've been to. If you are there to watch sports, pretty much anywhere you sit is going to have a good view of tv's, you won't have to struggle to watch your game. And it's huge! Unfortunately, almost everything else was subpar, even for a BDubs. Service: They seemed way overstaffed, lots of staff just standing around doing nothing. We waited at the host station for a little longer than acceptable. There were probably 4 or 5 staff members standing around the host area, but none of them said anything to us, not even "Someone will be with you in a moment." Even with all the staff members, they seemed unorganized. We got a to-go order brought to our table that we didn't order. Also, there was a featured sauce on the menu, I tried to order it and the waitress told me they were out of it, that they are between featured sauces right now. This is a big pet peeve of mine, if you are no longer going to be serving it, black it out on the menu or something if you can't get new menus yet. Meal: It was boneless Monday. We both got wings and also an appetizer. Our wings came out literally 10 seconds after they brought the appetizer, so the kitchen definitely needs to work on their meal timing. Our appetizer was piping hot, but our wings all tasted old and gross and were poorly spun. I barely had any sauce on my Asian Zing. Not a great experience, and that's taking into account the fact that it is a BDubs and you don't go there expecting fantastic food. Will give it another shot though once they've settled in a bit more.

Maybe it was an off night for the kitchen but wings were all overlooked. Tough, chewy, not worth the $. The servers failed to smile at anyone too. Glad they opened a BW's in this part of A2 but if the quality remains this way they might end up with the same fate as Damon's.
